End User License Agreement (EULA)
1. Agreement
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you and Headshot® regarding your use of our software and services. By installing or using our software, you agree to the terms of this Agreement.
2. License Grant
Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Headshot® grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software for personal, non-commercial purposes.
3. Restrictions
You may not:
- Distribute, sell, or lease the software to third parties.
- Modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on the software.
- Use the software for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
4. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically if you breach any term. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software and destroy any copies in your possession.
5. Disclaimer of Warranty
The software is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Headshot® does not guarantee that the software will meet your requirements or be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Headshot® be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the software.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.
